Right of withdrawal (RETURNS & EXCHANGES)

For hygiene reasons, swimsuits cannot be returned or exchanged.

Legal right

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a legal period of fourteen (14) working days from the full receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason, and to return the product(s) to the seller for a refund.

To do so, simply return the item(s) unworn, in their original packaging, along with the invoice, which can be found in your order history or in your email inbox.

Returns must be sent ONLY via postal service as a parcel (e.g. Colissimo) to the following address:

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase of the product(s).

The refund amount will correspond to the full price of the returned item(s) (excluding delivery fees). Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

Exchanges

We recommend checking product availability in advance on our website www.lilik.fr

You should then contact our customer service at: contact@lilik.f, providing your order number, as well as the size and/or colour requested for the exchange (please note that any exchange for a different item than the one originally ordered will be refused).

Return shipping costs remain entirely at your expense. However, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees for the new item.

Liability

Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure to obtain proof of shipment in case you need to contact us regarding your return.

Exception to the right of withdrawal

By exception, you are not entitled to any refund or exchange if the delivered product has been used, worn, is not in the same condition as at the time of delivery (in its original packaging, with the security cord of the label intact), or has been damaged.

It is specified that, subject to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer may try on clothing and return it, provided that it has not been worn or damaged beyond what is necessary for fitting.
